Training run - Ride down from the summit?
« on: July 31, 2015, 07:54:03 AM »
I'd like to do a training run full ascent this weekend but I don't want to run/hike back down.  Anyone have any other ideas on how to get down besides the cog?

Runners often just go out to the summit parking lot and hitchhike down with tourists or other people training, that's probably your best bet.  I might be up there and able to give you a ride down Sunday morning, but I won't know until last minute.  You can PM me if you'd like.

You mentioned Cog, so you might already know this, but they offer discounted one-way tickets at certain times.
