TL;DR: Is there a place to organize race-day carpools (hotel to starting line), or could this thread become one?
I have a reservation at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs, ~30 minutes from the starting line. A ~7am start means arriving at 6:30 means departing the hotel at 6am. Normally not a problem, except that I'm travelling with my wife and 2 kids, so departing the hotel at 6am means waking them closer to 5am, which is a recipe for a bad day.
Thus, it would be wonderful if someone else is staying in/passing through the area and could pick me up in front of the hotel.
Is there a preferred method to organize carpools?
