Overhead Obstacles
« on: February 12, 2015, 07:52:38 PM »
Can the overhead obstacles be marked or removed if they are less than 7 or 8 feet?

Last year on the descent I nearly got scalped  :o by a overhanging log just above the last aid station below the tree line. Genuine gash on the very top of my skull  :D
Im not saying its all that important, but all my focus was on the rocks on the ground  ??? and the result could have been alot worse.

Though later on I did end up running into a tree too ::) but that was definitely my fault (drunk on oxygen I think).

Thanks for hearing me out  :)

I feel your pain. At 6'4", I tend to hit a lot of things with my head. It also does not help that when I fall, I have a long way to go. :-)

Yeah, I think it would be great if the course was flat and paved too... Not trying to be a smart ass, but it is what it is. America's Ultimate Challenge! Luv it!
